It is similar to ping pong and tennis on smaller court with simple bounce rules. This was a great friendly group of players I photographed and they let me try some pickleball. When I first tried pickleball for the first time it actually seemed relaxing and therapeutic and I could see the appeal where anyone young or old can play. Pickleball teams and tournaments are organized by many neighborhoods across country. The cute doggie Beau was the resident Madison pickleball mascot and wanted to be in the photos too.
